RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Purchases excluding final sale can be only returned for a store credit only.

Returns are allowed within 5 days after your order is delivered. 

All items must be mailed back within 5 days of receiving your original package. Returns received after this period will not be processed. The day you receive the package is considered the first day.

  • Only full price items are eligible for returns.
  • Clearance items and final sales can't be returned or exchanged.
  • You must notify the store about any exchange and provide your order number.

    Do not send any item back without prior authorization from our customer service team.

CONDITIONS

  • Items must be in original condition and must not to be worn, used, altered or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags and ribbon, including any hang-tags, attached.
  • The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tan)
  • Be careful with deodorant stains when trying on dresses and tops. They count as damage.
  • The item does not have any odor (including deodorant, perfume, body odor or washing powder)
  • Items marked “final sale” are not eligible for return.
  • A receipt and proof of purchase is required.
  • We don't accept returns for accessories.
  • For hygiene reasons, bodysuits and swimwear are not eligible for exchanges or returns. These items are considered final sale, with no exceptions. This policy applies across all platforms where we operate.

EXCHANGES

Damaged or Defective Items.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving the merchandise. We will require photo evidence of the damage or defect in order to initiate the return process.

Upon verification of the damage or defect, we will offer you a replacement of the same item, subject to availability.

Additional Information

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and back to your destination.
  • We only accept two (2) consecutive returns per customer and no more than 5 returns accepted per calendar year. Otherwise, no request for returns will be accepted. 
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, please send the tracking number.
  • Store credit valid for a month only.
  • We only change one time the same invoice (no exception).
  • After shopping at Veroluna Collection you agree to these terms and conditions.

PRE ORDERS

All pre-orders are final sales and cannot be returned and/or changed in size. Pre-orders are paid in full and cannot be cancelled. On some occasions, we have problems with suppliers and it is in that only case in which Veroluna Collection agrees to return 100% of the money.
